2009年上半年北京地区成人三级英语考试4月18日刚刚举行。多次参加命题和阅卷工作的北京市教育委员会著名成人三级英语专家、北京大学张湘东博士和北京大学童琰老师进行了点评（点评视频www.pkucet.com.cn）。张湘东博士说，这次成人三级英语考试总体把握还是比较规范，整个设计的难度和出题的思路完全符合大纲的要求，从词汇量到语法的考核项，以及到最后的英汉互译，都没有超出大纲的规定范围，可以说这次命题是非常成功的命题。从整体难度来讲，也一贯符合成人三级英语的命题难度，难度起伏不大，并没有比去年11月份的难度高或者低，可以说与去年11月的难度是持平的。
张湘东博士说，这次考试命题思路，从阅读理解的角度来说，依然把主要内容定位在社会、人文、科普等方面。尤其是我在北大辅导班上一再强调的计算机、健康饮食方面的文章，这次竟然在阅读里都出现了，一篇是讲计算机对失业的影响，另一篇是讲健康饮食的重要意义。阅读理解部分主要考核学生通过阅读获取信息的能力，既要求准确，也要求有一定的速度。下面我和童老师以A卷为例给大家点评一下。
第一篇阅读是一个很有意思的话题，主要是青少年在社会上如何保持自己的行事原则，不追逐潮流，保持自己的个性，找到自我，追求与众不同的一面。
1至5题的答案依次为BCABC。
第二篇阅读主要讲计算机对失业的影响，我讲课时曾经反复提到过，计算机和网络的使用对社会带来的变化，尤其是传统的工作尤其是可能给大家带来失业，是成人三级英语比较喜欢的出题类型，这次竟然又出来了。6至10题的答案依次为ABCDD。
第三篇科普方面的文章，讲的是均衡饮食，饮食单一容易患疾病。这方面的文章我在北大辅导班上讲过多次，大家一定不陌生。11至15题的答案依次为ABDBA。
童琰老师说，这次考试语法部分依然涵盖了词汇、涵盖了语法结构，所以说体现出了三级考试语法全面性的特点。词语用法和语法结构部分主要考核学生运用词汇、短语及语法结构的能力，语法部分非谓语、从句仍然占主流。这些内容我和徐老师、曹老师在北大北大辅导班（www.pkucet.com.cn）上都详细讲了，串讲时又给大家讲了很多重点题目。令我们高兴的是，这次30道语法和词汇部分的题目中，不仅没有超出我们的复习范围，很多都是我们反复强调的。这对于我们辅导的学员，尤其是系统班的学员来说，无疑是一个令人兴奋的事情。

童琰老师说，挑错部分，是语法题的延续，大家只要按照我和徐老师在北大辅导班课堂上讲的十多个原则，应该比较简单，很容易选出来。46—55题的答案是DACCB DCAAD。
童琰老师说，这篇完形填空难度适中，更多是考查词汇量。56—75题的答案是DACDD BBCAC DCBCB CABCC
